Week 5 (second half)

For week 5 I worked on my book quite a bit and worked on images and how they would help compliment my book. I began to slightly change the direction from a book into a journal. This journal contains tasks and activities that may help someone overcome depression. The reason I chose to do a book for this instead of an app is because studies show that when youth use technology to solve an issue, they expect the issue to be gone instantly but depression is something that takes time and I believe a journal will help immensely.
